Why Flux School of Human Movement?

Do you need some guidance to get back to feeling strong, resilient and inspired? Will to Move Parkour is a new class Flux is offering for those who would like to get active through the movement art of parkour. Learn how to navigate your surroundings in a practical, safe and creative way. It is never too late to start!

This class will provide variety, well thought out progressions for all abilities, and above all, you won’t feel like you are ‘working out!’ Learn how to navigate obstacles with confidence and grace; increase your mobility for greater movement freedom, and feel inspired in your body! This exciting new class is for anyone who is curious about parkour but does not feel ready to join our regular adult beginner parkour class. We promise you big laughs, a supportive environment and a chance to feel young and curious in your body!

Adult Parkour classes are included in all Flux Memberships, which you can learn about here. These classes are also available to the general public as sessions, which you can sign up for below.
