AGES 2 TO 4
In our Flux Kids program we combine elements from parkour (vaulting, swinging, jumping) gymnastics (push up, pull up, muscle ups, planches, handbalancing, rope climbing), movement and mobility (floreio, agility work, bridges), Olympic Weightlifting (snatch, clean and jerk, squat), strong wo/man movements (turkish get ups, tire flips, sled pull/push) and acrobatics (rolls, cartwheels, walkovers, helicopters).
Our Flux Kids become more aware of their bodies, gain confidence, and increase self-esteem, while learning the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle. We teach these young athletes about the bones and muscles of the human body, and healthy ways to fuel and care for our bodies.
Parents are strongly encouraged to participate with their little Monkeys!
