5 min of Joint Prep

A1. Squat warm up A

A2. Shoulder Warm up B

B1. chest to wall shoulder openers x 30 sec x 3

B2. APE Step x 3

B. Every 3 minutes x 4 sets:

snatch x 3 reps

OR:

Every 3 minutes - 8-10 OHS x 4 sets

C. 4 Rounds for Time:

KIPPING HSPU x 9

KB clean (full) x 10 (5/arm) 55/75 lbs

NOTE: if you are not ready for kipping hspu, I will provide you with more appropriate variations.
