B1. myotatic front squats x 6-8 (hold each position for 1) x 4 sets; rest 60 sec

B2. push ups x 5-7 @ 31x1 x 4 sets; rest 60 sec

Jumping Squats x 12

single arm DB push press x 8-10

Alternating seated rope pulls x 4-6 or pull ups 4-6 or ring rows 6-8
