WEEK 3

Joint Prep x 10 minutes - include 6-8 reps of scap arch pulls

A1. push ups with a twist x 45 sec x 4 sets

A2. One arm DB or KB overhead squats with wall x 10/side x 4 sets

B. Every 3 minutes x 5 sets:

Strict press x 4-5 reps

C. For Time:

Run 800 meters

15 strict toes to bar (aim to do it in sets of 3-5 reps)

KB Snatch x 30 (15 per arm)

Double Unders x 50
