WEEK 2

Joint Prep x 10 minutes - include 6-8 reps of scap arch pulls

A1. push ups with a twist x 45 sec x 4 sets

A2. One arm DB or KB overhead squats with wall x 10/side x 4 sets

B. Every 3 minutes x 5 sets:

Strict press x 4-5 reps

D. For Time:

Row 1000 meters

60 barbell walking Lunges 35/55 lbs

burpees x 25

3 Rounds For Time:

Strict Toes to Bar x 5-7

Alternating 1 arm db snatch x 20

Burpees x 15
