Shoulder warm up B

A1. Spinal Undulations - YOU ARE AS OLD AS YOUR SPINE!

A2. FM Irregular Squats x 10 of each x 3 sets

B. With a partner: 4 sets

Push ups @ 2111 (please have your partner count out the tempo for you. Do as many reps as you can, but stopping a couple reps before failure. PLease adhere to very strict standards on these, especially when it comes to the lower back sagging. Make sure you are resting at least 2 minutes between sets

C. With a partner for 20 minutes. Partner A deadlifts and when finished, partner B does jumping air squats. Then Partner A does TGU.

Deadlifts x 5-7

Jumping Air Squats x 15

TGU x 6 (3/side)
