A2. protracted bent arm push ups x 10 (make these relatively easy)

A3. cossacks x 5/side

B. Every 4 minutes x 4 sets

Double kettlebell clean x 10 reps 25/35 lbs

hspu x 7

rest 2 minutes

C. Every 4 minutes x 4 sets

2 arm dumbbell thrusters x 12 reps 25/35 lbs

Strict Pulling x 6-8 reps
