shoulder warm up B

A1. Chest to wall shoulder openers x 30 sec x 3 sets

A2. FM Irregular Squats x 10 of each x 3 sets

B.Every 60 sec for 10 sets:

1-2 HSPU

OR: Every 2 minutes for 6 sets DDHSPU

D. Every 3 minutes x 5 sets

Double KB clean and push press x 5 reps

strict pulling x 2-3

(Some of you will be doing a new rope climb variation)
