A2. protracted bent arm push ups x 10 (make these relatively easy)

A3. cossacks x 5/side

B. 3 Rounds for Time:

Strict Pulling x 11

run 400 meters

Strict Toes to Bar x 11

run 400 meters

strict hspu x 7
