Run 400 meters

A. Back Squat x 4-5 reps @ 31x1 x 6 sets; rest 2-3 minutes

Then, drop weight and do 15 reps

Drop weight again and do 25 reps

Wall balls x 9

3 position stationary lizards x 2/side
