FM practice ball - feet work x 10 minutes

A. Every minute on the minute, perform 5 kipping toes to bar x 7-10 sets

B. Every 6 minutes x 5 sets

Farmer Carries x 4-6 lengths 70/110 lbs per bar

Burpee box Jump Push Ups x 6/9

Run 400 meters

NOTE: complete a proper push up at the bottom of each burpee box jump
