A1. forward bar twists x 4-6 lengths x 2 sets

A2. low gait locomotion x 2 sets

B1. Reverse bar twists x 4-6 lengths x 2 sets

B2. Ape step x 2 sets

C. Every 3 minutes x 5 sets

1 clean grip deadlift plus 1 hang power clean from below the knees plus 1 clean x 3 reps

D. 30 sec of work:30 sec of rest

double unders x 7

rest 60 sec

kipping toes to bar x 7

rest 60 secc

thrusters 35/45 lbs x 7

rest 60 sec

Finish all 5 sets of each movement before you move onto the next movement
