Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups x 21
100Foot med ball carry x 2 balls (14/20 lbs)
Thrusters x 15
Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups x 15
100 foot med ball carry x 2 balls
Thrusters x9
Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups x 9
100 Foot med ball carry

NOTE: for the medball carry, simply carry 2 at once
