-ape step

-ground kong

Take 20 minutes to build to a 1 RM snatch


Every 3 minutes for 5 sets, do:

1 snatch grip deadllift plus 1 hang power snatch plus 1 snatch x 3 reps

OR: OHS x 10 reps

Every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes:
Even minutes – Row x 30 seconds AFAP
Odd minutes – Power Snatch or Snatch x 3 reps At approx 75 to 85 % of your max

Do Either hang power snatch x 7 reps or goblet squats x 10 reps
