A1. strict pulling

4-5 reps x 5 sets @ 31x1; rest 90 sec

ring rows 6-8 reps @ 31x3

A2. Back Squats Cycle 5 session 4; rest 90 sec

4-5 reps x 5 sets - this week, aim to do all 5 sets at what you did last week for your heaviest 5

B1. Finishing set for pulling - 12-15 reps

B2. Finishing set for back squats 12-15 reps

C. 5 sets

Farmer Carries with unbalanced load x 4 lengths (load only 1 side of the bar 45 lbs/85 lbs

speed vault or step vault over the low bar set up by the “toilet” and duck back under x 10 reps Alternating sides

NOTE: can also do regular box jumps x 15 reps
