wall slides x 3 sets

Sots press x 10 reps x 3 sets

A. Every 3 minutes x 5 sets:

snatch x 3 reps (use what you did in last cycle, go up in weight if it is feeling good)

Ring Dips x 3-8 @ 21x1

NOTE: if you did dips in gymnstastics yesterday, please do strict toes to bar x 3-5 reps @ 31x1

B. Every 3 minutes x 5 sets:

40 foot Shuttle Runs x 6 lengths

(make sure you touch floor at each end)

Kipping Toes to bar x 7-15

16 step vaults (no run up. just back and forth, alternating sides)
