10 min of joint prep

A.Locomotion AMRAP in 10 minutes:

role, lizard, arm windmill, step behind

B. AMRAP in 90 sec:

push ups x 4/8

jumping squats or air squats x 10

Rest 90 sec.

C.AMRAP in 90 sec:

Burpees x 6

Alternating DB Snatch x 10

rest 90 sec

D. AMRAP in 90 sec:

BB Push Press x 9 65/95 lbs

KB Swings x 12

E. AMRAP in 90 sec:

Toes to Bar x 6

wall balls x 8

The reps are low on all of the movements. Try to keep moving the entire time and make quick transitions
