Joint Prep

A1. chest to wall shoulder openers x 30 sec x 3 sets

A2. molecule sequence (once each direction) x 3 sets

B. snatch -every 2 minutes

Set 1. 5 reps

Set 2. 3 reps

Set 3. 3 reps

Set 4. 2 reps

Set 5. 1 rep

Set 6. 1 rep

NOTE: I will provide different numbers for those that need more practice.

C. Every 3 minutes x 5 sets

Strict Toes to Bar x 4-6

ring dips x 4-8

KB Power Cleans 55/70 lbs x 5-7/arm
