A1. handwalking - Progression 1, 2 and 3 x 3 sets

A2. pistols x 5/leg x 3 sets

B1. Back Squats CYCLE 4 Session 2 BACK SQUATS 8-10 reps x 3 sets; rest 60 sec

B2. Strict Toes to Bar x 7-8 reps @ 31x1 x 3 sets; rest 60 sec

If you can do 7-8 reps, let’s start working on the 1 arm hanging leg raise
