Rolling Sequence

A. 10 minutes of Joint Prep

B.  3 Rounds for Time:

strict hspu x 10

strict toes to bar x 10

strict rope chin ups x 10 (Derek, Same as discussed for gymnastics).

Your coach will help you to make the necessary adjustments.

C. Due to the heat, we will be back squatting today.

Every 4 minutes x 4 sets, 8-10 back squats. Do not add weight unless you hit 10 reps
