Re-Test

Warm Up

After 10 minutes of joint prep, please do the following:

60 sec hang

forward twist on bars x 4-6 lengths (See Wednesday, April 11, 2018)

reverse twist on bars x 4-6 lengths

A. Every 7 minutes x 5 sets

muscle ups, strict pulling and pushing, (assisted) jumping ring chin ups and dips.

500 meter row

5 wall walks

Farmer Carry x 5 lengths 20/40kgs per bar or per KB
