Warm Up

After 10 minutes of joint prep, please do the following:

60 sec hang

forward twist on bars x 4-6 lengths x 2 sets (See Wednesday, April 11, 2018)

reverse twist on bars x 4-6 lengths x 2 sets

Low gait warm up between sets

A. Every 7 minutes x 5 sets

    thrusters x 12 85/135 lbs

    Run 400  meters

    Kipping toes to bar x 12

    Kipping handstand push ups x 9
