A1. neck rolls on wall x 10 reps x 3 sets

A2. wall slides from seated position x 10 reps x 3 set

B1. wall walks x 3-4 reps x 3 sets x 4 sets; rest 90 sec.

B2. muscle ups or pulling x 4 sets; rest 90 sec.

Set 1: On a 3 minute clock:

      Farmer Carries x 100 feet

      sandbag squats x 20 reps

Set 2:On a 3 minute clock:

          sandbag run x 200 meters

         Double Unders x 30

Set 3: On a 3 minute clock:

 run x 400 meters

Strict barbell press x 55/85 lbs in remaining time
