Warm Up

10 minutes of joint prep

quadrapedal gallop x 2 lengths of turf

A1. Strict Press or Strict HSPU check on the whiteboard for your numbers x 4 sets;

A2. Arc Rows  @ 31x3 x 5-7 reps x 4 sets

B. Every 3 minutes x 4 sets:

TGU x 3/side (Note that the reps are lower this week so please try and go a bit heavier)

C. 60 sec of work/60 sec of rest

Hang Power snatch 55/85 lbs

push ups

DB or KB alternating stationary rack lunges 35/55 lbs

Alternative to snatch - OHS or wall sqats
