Warm Up

10 minutes of joint prep

quadrapedal gallop x 2 lengths of turf

A1. Strict Press or Strict HSPU check on the whiteboard for your numbers x 4 sets;

A2. Arc Rows  @ 31x3 x 5-7 reps x 4 sets

B. Every 3 minutes x 4 sets:

TGU x 3/side (Note that the reps are lower this week so please try and go a bit heavier)

C. AMRAP in 3 minutes x 3 sets:

Hang cleans x 3 95/135 lbs

barbell shoulder to overhead x 6 95/135 lbs

goblet squats x 9 35 kbs/55 kbs per arm

AMRAP burpees in remaining time

Alternative:

AMRAP in 3 minutes x 3 sets:

deadlift (not touch and go; reset on each rep please). x 5 reps

push press x 6

goblet squats x 9

AMRAP burpees in remaining time
