A. Snatch - Every 3 minutes: x 5 sets
1 snatch grip deadlift plus 1 hang power snatch plus 1 snatch x 4-5 reps x 5 sets
Take 15 minutes to find a heavy snatch.
B. Every 2 minutes x 4 sets
Full skin the cat x 2-5 reps or,
eccentrics x 4-5 reps

burpees onto a plate x 15
box jumps x 29 20" box
1 min rest
Burpees are performed by jumping on the plate and high fiving your partner on the plate.
Box jumps are performed with boxes facing each other taking turns to jump on the box. Each person completes 15 & 29 reps. Scale appropriately.
