C.Every 2 minutes for 3 sets

Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes (3 sets):
Hang Snatch x 2 reps @ 10-25 kg under your max

Need more Practice? 5 reps

D. Every 2 minutes x 6 sets:

3 position snatch 10-20 kg under your max

position 1: high hang

Position 2: above the knee

Position 3: just below the knee
