Go through this cycle 4 times - please start at different stations.

A1.Precision landings x 10 reps (can elevate both ends if you feel confident)

A2. handstand walk x 1 length (with or without a partner)

A3. parkour rolls x 2 full lengths

A4. take a heavy sandbag and go ground to overhead 5 times. It should be awkward and heavy (certainly not touch and go). Your best bet is to use the new sandbag.

B1. underbar x 5 reps x 3 sets (use green tape and set up a couple stations).

B2. Floor Kong x 1 length
