A2. pistols x 5/leg x 3 sets

B1. Back Squats CYCLE 4 Session 1 BACK SQUATS 8-10 reps x 3 sets; rest 60 sec

B2. Strict Toes to Bar x 7-8 reps @ 31x1 x 3 sets; rest 60 sec
