  1. Joint Prep - 15 minute

B.Last cycle we established our 1RM. This cycle please do the following:

Every 90 sec x 7 sets:

3 cleans @ 30-50 lbs under your max

C. Or, Every 2 minutes: 1 clean grip deadlift plus 1 hang power clean from just below the knee plus 1 clean x 3-5 reps x 5 sets

C. 4 Rounds For Time:

DB Clean to thruster (also referred to as grocery back squats). x 10 reps

Burpee lizard push ups x 10 reps
