JOINT PREP x 10 minutes

A1. Rail balancing x 90 sec. (set the rails up in a circle) x 3 sets

A2. scissor progression for handbalancing x 2 lengths x 3 sets

A3. bodyline shoulder openers on back x 10 reps plus 10 sec hold (use weight if possible)

NOTE: 1/2 start with A1 and 1/2 with A2.

B. 2 OPTIONS:
Option 1: Every 3 minutes x 5 sets:

Snatch high pull plus power snatch plus snatch x 3 reps x 5 sets

Option 2: Every 3 minutes x 5 sets:

OHS x 8-10 reps

C. 5 Rounds For Time:

Push ups (ring push ups for advanced) x 5/10

Toes to Bar x 10

Box or vault (speed or step) jumps x 10
