Joint Prep x 10 minutes

A1. Stationary Cossacks x 10 reps x 4 sets; rest 30 sec

A2. ring tuck pulls x 6-8 reps x 4 sets; rest 60 sec

A3. wall walks x 3-5 reps x 4 sets; rest 30 sec

B. AMRAP in 10 minutes:

Dumbbell Push Presses x 10
Alternating dumbbell Reverse Lunges x 10 (in Farmer Carry position)
 Burpees x 10

C. Accumulate 100 band pull aparts
