Go through this cycle 4 times
A1.Precision landings x 10 reps (can elevate both ends if you feel confident)
A2. handstand walk x 1 length (with or without a partner)
A3. parkour rolls x 2 full lengths
A4.climb the ladder with your sandbag and set on window ledge and bring bag back to floor (no dropping the bag). x 4 reps
B1. underbar x 5 reps x 3 sets (use green tape and set up a couple stations).
B2. Donkey kick to top out or just practice donkey kick x 10 reps (5/leg)
