Go through this cycle 4 times

A1.Precision landings x 10 reps (can elevate if you have the confidence)

A2. handstand walk x 1 length (with or without a partner)

A3. parkour rolls x 1 full length x 2 sets

A4. Sandbag to top without the bag touching the floor or box x 2 reps

B1. lache to precision landing x 5 reps x 3 sets

B2. Donkey kick to top out or just practice donkey kick x 10 reps (5/leg) x 3 sets
