A. Every 3 minutes: Back Squat x 5-7 reps x 4 sets

B. Every 4 minutes x 5 sets:

    Snatch x 7, 7, 5, 3, 3

    Ring Dips -gymnastics progressions and numbers x 5 sets

Alternatives to snatch - OHS or wall squats x 10 reps @ 31x1

Approach your first set of snatches as a warm up set.
