Warm Up

5 minutes of joint prep

10 min of locomotion - basic patterns, approx 2-3 - Also teach the rotational L sit

A. Back Squats - last cycle we did 10-12 reps x 3 sets; This cycle we will be doing 7-9 reps x 4 sets; Rest 2-3 minutes

B. 3 Rounds for Time:

     Kipping Pull ups x 15

    DB Shoulder to Overhead x 20 (do all 10 on one arm and then switch).

    burpees x 15
