2 warm up sets. Every 2 minutes

B. For time:
Row 500 meters
Single-Arm Dumbbell Snatches x 30 (alternate each arm).
 Push-Ups x 20
Row 500 meters
Single-Arm Dumbbell Snatches x 20
Push-Ups x 15
Row 500 meters
 Single-Arm Dumbbell Snatches x 10
Push-Ups x 10

Push Up Progressions - same as gymnastics.
