10 min of locomotion - basic patterns, approx 2-3 - Also teach the rotational L sit

A. Back Squats - last cycle we did 10-12 reps x 3 sets; This cycle we will be doing 7-9 reps x 4 sets; Rest 2-3 minutes

B. 3 Rounds for Time:

   KB or DB lunges rack position x 20 reps (35/55 lbs per arm)

    kipping pull ups x 15 (NO BANDS!!!)

    box jumps 24/30 "

NOTE: for the box jumps, if your feet touch the box to jump over, do 18 reps. If only your hands touch, do 10 reps
