A. Hanging

60 sec x 1 set

30 sec if applicable x 1 set

shuffle sideways on bar x 2-4 lengths. If feet are on floor, do 4 lengths

Twist x 2-4 If feet are on floor, do 4 lengths

eagle grip twist x 2-4 If feet are on floor, do 4 lengths

B. precision stride to low box top out x 10 reps (work hard to avoid the knee)

Use either a precision bar or a mark on the floor.

C. Partner drag x AMRAP in 8 minutes

Rest 4 minutes

D. Partner rope pull x AMRAP in 8 minutes.
