Row 350 meters
With the remaining time, do as many reps as possible of Overhead Squats 95/135 lbs.  

3 Sets
Rest 6 minutes between sets. 

B.  On a 6 minute clock:
Kettlebell Swings x 20 reps
Lizard Walks x 2 lengths
Pistols x 5 each leg
