Thursday evenings from 5:30 to 6:30 Flux is now offering a new class called Integrative Movement Practice. This class is for anyone who wants to improve function and bring further awareness to their movement. Our goal is to help you develop kinesthetic awareness and to reorganize your body in a more effective manner. We will work to develop strong connective tissue and resilient joints. Through our movement we will draw attention to our habitual patterns and make changes where appropriate.
