A. Snatch - See July 14 and July 24, 2014

Advanced: Go to a daily max in 20 min.  Do 1 set of doubles at 7-10 kg less.
Intermediate and Beginner: 3, 3, 3, 3, 3 Go up in weight with each set.

B.   Deadlifts x 7 205/315 lbs
       Rest 60 sec.
      2 Rounds:
      Jumping Barbell Squats x 20 35/45 lbs
      Kipping HSPU x 5/10
      Rest 60 sec.
