A. In 20 minutes, find your 3RM front squat
Intermediate: 4 sets of 3 reps (all at same weight)
Beginner: 4 sets of 5 reps (go up in weight with each set).

B.  In 90 sec. 
     Double Unders x 15
     KB Snatch x 10 35/55 lbs (4 per arm)
     Toes to Bar in remaining time
      
    Rest 2 min
