A. Advanced/Intermediate:

KB Snatch Ladder 10 -1 35/55 lbs

A. Intermediate/Beginner: 5 KB snatch/arm x 5 sets; rest 60 sec.

B. Advanced/Intermediate:
Box Jump Burpees - must jump onto the box and do a burpee on each side x 10 reps
